It has too many flaws to be great. I'm sure other reviewers have covered them all.
Great premise, very well programmed. Perhaps part of the problem is how complex it is.
It seemed far too easy for countries to block out the disease, and common cold symptoms, which most people wouldn't care about, such as a cough, suddenly causes countries to close their borders?
I think it would be nice to make it go a bit faster too. Or at least have more evolution points at the start.

The whole control system is a little hard to get used to, and stars are sometimes hard to get - I think the controls need a bit more work to be perfect.
